Once you've purchased your subscription, we will begin your VAT registration process. Here’s an overview of the steps involved:

📌 1. Welcome Call

• You will be invited to a Welcome Call with your Account Manager and Registration Assistant.
• During this call, important information and the online registration process will be explained to you.

📌 2. Documents for VAT Registration

• You will receive an email with a list of documents required for your VAT registration with the Tax Authorities.

📌 3. Collecting Your Documents

• If you need time to collect your documents, your Registration Assistant will send you reminders and support you throughout the process.

📌 4. Uploading or Providing Documents

• Once you have all the required documents, you can either provide them directly to your Registration Assistant or upload them through your online registration portal.
• Tip: If you need assistance using the portal, your Registration Assistant can guide you.

📌 5. Review of Documents

• After submitting the documents, our tax accountants will review them.
• If everything is complete and correct, we will prepare your registration application and Letters of Authority (LOAs).

📌 6. Sign the Application

• Your Registration Assistant will send you the registration application and LOAs for your signature.
• Please scan and return the signed documents to us.

📌 7. Submission to Tax Authorities

• Depending on the country, either hellotax or you will send the documents to the Tax Authorities.
• Your Registration Assistant will advise you on what needs to be done at this stage.

📌 8. Registration Confirmation

• Once the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from your Registration Assistant.

Process Time ⏳

• The VAT registration process times vary depending on the country.
• It can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to 3-4 months.
• Your Registration Assistant will keep you updated on the progress.
