- π This data is used for monthly EC reports (cross-border B2B goods movement reports).
- π The tax office compares this information with your filed VAT returns.
π What is the NET Product Cost Price?
The NET cost price is the total amount you pay to purchase a product and deliver it to a warehouse, excluding import/customs VAT and duties.

Formula: Supplier purchase price + shipping costs to warehouse (excluding import VAT/duty).
π οΈ How to Upload NET Product Cost Prices
Option 1: Manually Enter Prices
1οΈβ£ Log into your hellotax software account.
2οΈβ£ Go to π Settings β Products.
3οΈβ£ Use the filter at the top:
- Select Status: "Active".
- Find ERROR and move the toggle to the right.
4οΈβ£ Click Search to display all products missing NET prices.
5οΈβ£ Click on a productβs name to open the details screen.
6οΈβ£ Enter the NET cost price in the VALUE box. - Choose the currency below.
7οΈβ£ Click SAVE and repeat for the next product.
Option 2: Bulk Upload via CSV
1οΈβ£ Click the three dots (top-right of the Products page) and select Export Product List.
2οΈβ£ Open the downloaded CSV file.
3οΈβ£ In Column D, enter "Yes" to backdate NET product changes.
4οΈβ£ In Column F, enter the NET price for each product.
5οΈβ£ Save the file as a CSV and upload it back into your hellotax account.
