Refunds and Reclaims

If you receive a refund from Hellotax, the refunded amount will be credited to your selected billing method.

You can find all invoices, including refund invoices, in your Billing menu.

Log into your Hellotax software account.
Navigate to My Account in the menu on the left, then go to Billing.
Scroll down to the Subscription section, where you will see the tabs:
- Transactions
- Invoices
- Credit notes
Under Credit notes, you will find:
- Credit note number
- Date of the refund
- Total refund amount
- Status of the credit invoice
Click the Download button on the right to download your refund invoice.
