Problems making payment
Your monthly subscription fee is charged on the 1st of each month using your selected payment method.
If a payment fails or there is an issue with your payment method, you will receive an email notification from our Finance system. If you receive such a notification, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
✅ Check & Update Your Payment Method:
- Remove or update any expired payment method.
- Verify that your card's expiration date is still valid.
- Ensure that the card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) matches the selected payment method.
💳 Check Payment Details:
- Make sure you have sufficient funds available.
- Contact your bank or card issuer to check for any restrictions on your transaction.
