Problems making payment
After you have chosen your desired payment method, you will be charged the monthly subscription always on the 1st of the month. If you are not sure what payment methods you can choose from, please read this article.
If a payment can not go through or there are problems with your payment method, you receive an e-mail notification from our Finance system. If you have received such a notification, please see below for tips and suggestions to fix the problem:
Remove or update any expired payment method
Check the expiration date of the chosen payment method
Check the brand of your card matches the brand of the card payment method chosen
Check you have sufficient funds for the purchase
Contact your bank or card issuer
