Your subscription payments are being paid via your chosen payment method on the 1st of each month. All invoices including refund invoices can be found in your Billing menu. 

To access and download from your Billing menu please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Hellotax software account.

2. Go to My Account in the menu on the left and then to Billing.

3. Scroll down and under the section “Subscription” you can see the tabs “Transactions”, “Invoices” and “Credit notes”.

4. Under “Invoices” you can see Invoice number, date, the total amount and the status of the invoice. On the right when clicking on the Download button you can download the invoice.

5. Under “Credit notes” you can see the Credit note number, date, the total amount of the refund and the status of the credit invoice. On the right when clicking on the Download button you can download the credit invoice.
