7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel your new subscription within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund with no penalties.

After this 7-day period, the standard cancellation terms described below apply.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions require at least one full calendar month’s notice before cancellation takes effect.

Example:
If you request cancellation on May 18, your cancellation will take effect at the end of June.

• You will still be charged on June 1 for the final billing period.
• Your subscription will remain active until June 30.

To request cancellation, please contact your Account Manager.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions can only be canceled at the end of the subscription term, at the point of renewal.

To prevent automatic renewal, you must submit a non-renewal request at least one full calendar month before the renewal date.

Your Account Manager will process your request and confirm once the cancellation has been completed.

Exceptions

In certain cases, at hellotax discretion, a yearly subscription may be converted to a monthly subscription to allow cancellation under the monthly cancellation terms.

If this option is used, the price difference between the yearly and monthly subscription fees will be charged retroactively for the months already used during the subscription period.
