Change billing method
Follow these simple steps to update your payment method in your Hellotax account:
- Log in to your Hellotax software account.
- Navigate to "My Account" in the menu on the left, then select "Billing".
- Click "Add New Payment Method" on the right side of the window.
- Choose your preferred payment method: SEPA or Credit Card.
- Enter the required payment details:
- For SEPA: Name and IBAN.
- For Credit Card: Name, card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
- Confirm your new payment method by clicking the "Add Payment Method" button at the bottom.
- Your new payment method is now added! You can select your preferred payment method from the list, and a green checkmark will appear next to the active option.
