This allows hellotax to become responsible for your ongoing VAT compliance and VAT return preparation.
📄 Documents Required for a Slovak VAT Takeover
1. Slovak VAT Registration Certificate
Why we need it:
Confirms your VAT registration and official Slovak VAT number.
2. Slovak Tax Identification Number
Why we need it:
Allows us to correctly identify your VAT account with the Slovak tax authority.
3. Current Year VAT Returns
Why we need it:
We review all filings already submitted during the current fiscal year to ensure continuity and accuracy.
4. Takeover Date
Why we need it:
Defines the date from which hellotax becomes responsible for your VAT compliance.
5. Company Register Extract
Why we need it:
Confirms your company details and legal existence.
6. Home Country VAT Certificate (if applicable)
Why we need it:
Provides evidence of VAT registration in your country of establishment.
7. Director's Passport or ID
Why we need it:
Required for identification and compliance verification purposes.
8. Articles of Association
Why we need it:
Confirms company ownership, management structure and authorised signatories.
9. Amazon Seller Central Link and Marketplace Information (if applicable)
Why we need it:
The Slovak tax authority may request additional information regarding ecommerce activities, goods sold and marketplace operations.

Please send all documents as soon as possible after requesting the takeover.
