Amazon Seller packages
🇪🇺 1. Amazon European Marketplaces (Unified Account)
Name: Amazon Europe Unified Account
Covers:
Germany (amazon.de)
France (amazon.fr)
Italy (amazon.it)
Spain (amazon.es)
Netherlands (amazon.nl)
Poland (amazon.pl)
Sweden (amazon.se)
Belgium (amazon.be)
How it works:
One unified seller account gives access to all EU marketplaces.
You can list and sell across countries easily from one Seller Central.
You can use Pan-European FBA, EFN, or CEFN to manage storage and shipping.
🚚 2. Pan-European FBA (Pan-EU FBA)
Covers:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic (and in some cases Sweden, Netherlands)
How it works:
You send inventory to one EU fulfillment center.
Amazon redistributes your stock automatically across EU warehouses based on demand.
You must have VAT registration in each country where goods are stored.
It allows faster delivery and lower shipping costs for customers.
VAT Impact:
Multiple VAT registrations required.
You file local VAT returns for each storage country.
🇪🇺➡️🇬🇧 3. European Fulfilment Network (EFN)
Covers:
EU countries only (post-Brexit, EFN no longer includes the UK).
How it works:
Store goods in one EU country (e.g., Germany).
Fulfill orders to other EU countries from that warehouse.
You only need VAT registration in the storage country, unless sales exceed distance-selling thresholds (now replaced by OSS rules).
Good for: Sellers starting out who want to test multiple markets without multiple VAT registrations.
🌍 4. Central Europe FBA (CEFN)
Covers:
Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic
How it works:
You agree to let Amazon store your goods in DE, PL, and CZ.
Usually cheaper storage and faster delivery in those regions.
Requires VAT registration in all three countries (DE, PL, CZ).
Good for: Sellers using Amazon.de as their main marketplace and shipping across Central Europe.
🇬🇧🇪🇺 5. UK & EU Cross-Border Selling (Post-Brexit)
How it works:
UK and EU marketplaces are now separate.
To sell in both, you need two accounts or linked accounts:
UK Account → Amazon.co.uk
EU Account → Amazon.de, .fr, .es, etc.
Inventory cannot move automatically across the Channel anymore.
You may need separate VAT registration and customs representation for each side.
🌐 6. North America Unified Account
(Not EU, but useful for global sellers)
Covers:
US, Canada, Mexico
How it works:
One account to list across all North American marketplaces.
You can fulfill from one country to another (with some customs steps).
