How to Navigate the Hellotax Help Centre
🎉 Welcome to the Hellotax Help Centre!
Our Help Centre is designed to make it simple for you to find answers quickly.
1. Use the Search Bar
At the top of the Help Centre, you’ll find a search bar.
- Type in keywords related to your question (e.g., “VAT number,” “invoice,” “subscription”).
- The system will suggest relevant articles instantly.
- This is the fastest way to locate the information you need.
2. Browse by Category
Our Help Centre is organized into easy-to-navigate categories. Here’s what you’ll find:
- NEW SELLER Support – Information for new sellers getting started with hellotax.
- WELCOME to hellotax – Guidance on your onboarding journey and key first steps.
- YOUR ACCOUNT – Everything related to billing, subscriptions, and account management.
- VAT Number – Guidance on managing and looking after your VAT number.
- VAT, EC & OSS RETURN FILING – Step-by-step help for VAT and EC return filing processes.
- OTHER Information – Topics such as invoicing, audits, and movement of goods.
- SOFTWARE – Guidance on how to use the hellotax software effectively.
- INTERNAL (restricted access) – For internal resources and team use only.
3. Tips for Finding Answers Quickly
- Use clear, simple search terms (e.g., “upload CSV” instead of “how do I upload my data using a CSV file”).
- Check the category sections if you’re not sure what to search for.
- If you don’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to our Support Team—and if needed, we’ll create a new article to cover your topic.
🌍 4. Language Options
Our Help Centre is written in English, but you can easily translate articles into your home language using your browser:
- Google Chrome
- Right-click anywhere on the article page.
- Select “Translate to [Your Language]”.
- The article will reload in your chosen language.
- Microsoft Edge
- Click the Translate icon in the address bar when available.
- Choose your preferred language.
- Confirm, and the page will refresh in that language.
- Safari (Mac/iOS)
- Tap the “aA” icon in the address bar.
- Select Translate to [Your Language].
💡 You can also adjust your browser’s default translation settings to always offer translation when you visit the Help Centre.
