Connecting an Additional Shopify Store to Hellotax
Adding a Second Shopify Integration
If you’re already using the Shopify ↔ hellotax integration for one store and want to connect another Shopify store, this guide will help you through the process.
Go to Integrations
Log into your hellotax software account.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Shopify.
Connect New Store
Click Connect store (Add connection).
Enter your second Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore2.myshopify.com).
Approve the permissions in Shopify.
You’ll be redirected back to hellotax and see the new store connected.
Important Notes for Existing Clients
Integration Slots
When you log in, you may see a message:
“Trying to add new integrations? Check out Shopify and additional integration slots!”Package Upgrade Requirement
If you are a new seller or your current package does not support multiple integrations, you’ll see a message:
“Please contact customer support or sales team in order to upgrade to the Established Seller package.”Checkout for Additional Stores
Adding a new Shopify integration may require purchasing an additional integration slot.When you click BUY NOW in your account, you’ll be redirected to checkout.
Select the box for Additional Shopify Integration to complete the purchase.
Ongoing Management
Each connected Shopify store has its own sync preferences and settings.
Remember to check product NET values and sales data for each store separately.
VAT filings will include data from all integrated stores once synced.
