🛠️ How to Connect Amazon to hellotax

1️⃣ Go to the Integrations Page

Log into your hellotax software account and navigate to:

Settings → Integrations

2️⃣ Start the Amazon Integration

Under the Amazon section, click:

Integration Settings → Start Integration

3️⃣ Configure the Integration

Select:

Basic Integration

You will then need to enter:

• a name for the integration
• the start date from which Amazon data should be imported.

• duplicate transactions
• incorrect historical imports
• or missing data periods.

Once completed, click:

You will now be redirected to:

hellotax will now begin connecting to your Amazon account.

Once the page refreshes successfully:

Amazon transaction data will begin syncing into your hellotax account.

⚠️ Important Reminder About Movement of Goods

If you transfer stock:

• from your own warehouse
• to an Amazon warehouse,

these movements may:

need to be uploaded manually

as Movement of Goods data.

This is especially important for:

• cross-border warehouse transfers
• Pan-EU stock movements
• and non-Amazon warehouse logistics.

🔄 Updating Your Amazon Integration

If you need to modify your Amazon integration settings:

1️⃣ Go to the Integrations Page

Navigate to:

Settings → Integrations

Under Amazon, click:

Integration Settings

3️⃣ Update Your Settings

Modify any required information and click:

Update Settings

✅ Your changes will now be saved.

🚫 Stopping the Integration

To stop Amazon data syncing:

Stop Integration

To restart syncing:
