Hellotax is one of the few companies offering a special package designed to help new start-ups establish themselves in the online marketplace.

💰 Special Price:

• €39 per month per country (only if a yearly plan is chosen)
• €49 per month per country (for monthly subscriptions)

📌 Eligibility: Your company must have no more than 500 transactions per year.

What Counts as a Transaction?

A transaction includes:

• Importing a product. 📦
• Moving products between warehouses in different countries. 🔄
• Selling a product to an end consumer or business. 🛍️
• Purchasing a product. 🏪
• Any action that requires reporting on a VAT or ECL report to the tax authority.

📌 You can have up to 500 of these transactions per year under the New Start-Up package!

What Happens If I Exceed 500 Transactions Mid-Subscription?

Once your company surpasses 500 transactions, your subscription will automatically switch to the standard package:

💳 €119/month for monthly subscribers.
💳 €99/month for yearly subscribers.

🔹 Most new traders will have a mix of these transactions contributing to their total for the year!

How Will the Subscription Fee Increase Be Processed?

We constantly monitor transactions in your software account and will notify you via email once you reach 500 transactions.

⚠️ Please check your spam folder, as these emails may come from a different email address than your usual communication with us!

• Yearly subscribers: You will receive an additional invoice for the increased amount, which must be paid within 7 days.
• Monthly subscribers: Your next monthly payment will be collected at the new standard rate using your chosen payment method.

How Can I Check My Transaction Count?

If you are unsure how many transactions you have made and when you might be moved to the standard subscription, please contact your Account Manager, who will assist you.
