Important information

• If you do not upload your Shopify sales data into the hellotax software, we can not guarantee the accuracy of your VAT returns
• The data has to be uploaded on or around the 4th of each month

Follow the instructions below for uploading your Shopify data

1. Log into your Hellotax software account.
2. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and then to Integrations.
3. Choose the Shopify integration by clicking on Integration settings below the Shopify icon.
4. Download your sales data from Shopify.

Click on Upload my File, select the downloaded file and wait until the upload was completed.
