In order for us to prepare correct reports and VAT filings, it is very important to have all necessary information entered into your hellotax software account. 

One important step is to have all VAT information entered into the software. In order to see, whether your data is complete, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Hellotax software account.
2. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose VAT IDs settings.
3. A new window with VAT IDs, which have been entered, will appear. For each country you can see the VAT ID and TAX ID and the calculation from date. The calculation from date is the date from which the specific VAT ID was registered with the Tax authorities for us to file VAT returns from.
