To ensure you get the most from your hellotax VAT software, we advise keeping an eye on your account by doing daily account checks and by keeping an eye on our notifications. 

If your attention is needed, you will receive a notification via email. The notifications can inform you for example about a new available VAT return, a new Tax letter from the authorities or an error in the settings. 

In order to receive those notifications, please enter your preferred email address in your hellotax software account by following these steps:

1. Log into your Hellotax software account.
2. Go to My Account in the menu on the left and choose Manage Account.
3. Under the third section Email please enter your Notification email.
4. Scroll down and click on the Save.
