Our VAT returns take into account only the sales VAT data and do not include the expenditures you make on any Amazon service costs.  For example the Amazon service costs or the Amazon advertising fees. 

If you want to include these VAT costs in your VAT returns and reclaim them, please follow the simple steps below:

• First of all, please make sure that the Amazon invoices provided from the marketplace include your VAT number and that the VAT was charged.
• In order to reclaim those charges, please upload the corresponding data through the Manual Order Upload each month before the 4th of the month. Please use the Expenses template for the upload.
