Backdated filings - Austria

Although a backdated registration with a date in the past is not possible, backdated VAT filings can still be submitted.

Backdated VAT Filings:
- While a backdated registration is not permitted, you can still submit backdated VAT returns for previous periods.
Penalties:
- Penalties may apply for late submissions of VAT returns.
