For VAT Registration in the United Kingdom:
- Non-EU businesses must provide proof of their intention to start selling or storing goods in the UK.
Acceptable Proof of Business Activity:
- Contract or Purchase Order
- Warehouse Rental Contract (if using a distribution center)
- Import or Transport Documents
- Invoices related to UK transactions
- Proof of Merger or Resumption of Business Activity
All documents must be clear, up-to-date, and relevant to demonstrate the business’s commercial presence in the UK. 📑
