Adding a new user to your account
In your software account you can :

see and download your VAT returns
-
read letters from the Tax authorities
-
view your sales numbers
-
download VAT reports
When you want to share responsibilities and give your co-workers access to your company account, you can add a new user.
Please see here a step-by-step instruction for adding a new user to your account:

Log into your Hellotax software account.

Go to My Account in the menu on the left and then to Manage Account.

Below, in the last section you will see a row with the account owner. Above this row on the right, click on the button Add person. A new window will open.

Enter the details of the new user : First and last name, Email address, Access type and Account type.

Click on the button Send invitation and the new user will receive a link with his access to the account.
