Log into your hellotax software account.

Go to Orders in the menu on the left and an overview of the orders will appear.

In the top you can use different filters in order to look for one specific order. You can filter by order ID, transaction type, specific date,  channel it was sold through, VAT country, the country the order was sent from and to. 

Additionally you can look for only orders with missing values or orders with an error by clicking on the relevant buttons.
