- If you cancel your new subscription within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund with no penalties.
- After this period, our standard cancellation policies apply.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions require at least one full calendar month notice for cancellation.
- Example: If you request cancellation on May 18, your cancellation will take effect at the end of June. You will be charged on June 1 for the final month, and your subscription will end on June 30.
- To cancel, please contact your Account Manager.
Yearly Subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions can only be canceled at the point of renewal.
- To avoid automatic renewal, send a non-renewal request to your Account Manager at least one full calendar month before the renewal date.
- Your Account Manager will process the request and confirm once completed.
Exceptions
- In special cases, a yearly subscription can be switched to a monthly subscription to allow cancellation under the monthly subscription terms.
- If this option is chosen, the price difference between the yearly and monthly fees will be charged retroactively for the past months of the subscription.
