Connecting Amazon to your hellotax software
Facts you should know
- We receive the data each month on or around the 4th of every month.
- The data we receive from Amazon on the 4th of each month will be for the previous month’s transactions.
Steps to create the Amazon integration
- Visit your Integration page at https://app.hellotax.com/integrations
- Go to Amazon - Integration settings and the Start Integration.
- Pick Basic integration and type in the integration name and the. date from which the Amazon data will be pulled, once done, click on Continue.
- You will be redirected to the Amazons’ seller central page where you should type in your Amazon credentials, continue by accepting Amazons’ terms and conditions in the following page.
- After that is done, hellotax will begin the integration process and you should wait for the page to refresh.
- Once it’s refreshed, your Amazon integration process is done.
Steps to update your Amazon integration
- Visit your Integration page at https://app.hellotax.com/integrations
- Go to Amazon - Integration settings.
- You can change/update your previous information, then by clicking Update settings, update is done.
- In case you want to Stop the integration, simply click on the Stop integration button, and the data from your Amazon account will not be pulled for the given integration in the next period.
If you want to activate the integration again, press the Activate button and the data from your Amazon account will be pulled again for the integration.
Steps to refresh your Amazon integration:
- Visit your Integration page at https://app.hellotax.com/integrations
- Go to Amazon - Integration settings and press the Refresh integration button
- Change any information if needed and press Continue
- You will be redirected to the Amazons’ seller central page where you should accept Amazons’ terms and conditions and Confirm.
- Once back to hellotax page, wait for the page to refresh and your integration process to be done.
