Available for transactions across all countries, this feature ensures that your accounting data is primed for import into DATEV in the precise format required.

Getting Started with DATEV:

• Easy Transfer to DATEV Format:
  • Within your Vatjar account, navigate to the DATEV Reports menu to effortlessly transition all transactions to the DATEV format.

• Prompt Report Generation:
  • Click the "GENERATE" button to open a dialog where you can select the specific period for your DATEV report creation.

• Report Creation Notification:
  • Once your report is ready, check the status of all your DATEV report requests in the "History" section to stay updated.

Utilizing DATEV Reports:

• Navigating Report History:
  • The History feature allows you to find DATEV reports by period or status. Errors during report generation are clearly displayed in the "Errors" column for easy troubleshooting. To download a report, simply click the blue button and select your preferred version.

• Managing Report Versions:
  • Different versions of reports can be generated to reflect updates in your accounting data. Access all previous versions by clicking the three dots next to the versions list for complete historical visibility.

Customizing Your DATEV Reports:

• Accessing DATEV Settings:
  •   Adjust the specifics of your DATEV report through the DATEV Settings menu, accessible from the Settings area within your Vatjar account. Begin by selecting a country of operation.

• Tailoring Transaction Types:
