Departure missing country
Occasionally, transactions received through Amazon or Shopify integration, as well as manual order uploads (MOU), may lack a specified Departure Country. This omission impacts the accuracy of reports, as these transactions are excluded from the reporting process.
To gain this accuracy, we strongly recommend that client checks the “Orders without departure country” menu in the sidebar:
Once the user opens this menu, they are greeted with a list of the mentioned transactions without departure country:
Filters to find orders can be used, and an additional one will appear in the results, which is “Channel” and it indicates where the order came from (Amazon, Shopify, MOU).
By looking at the transaction ID, users are able to see in which report is such transaction found and which departure country is mentioned.
To add the missing departure country in the report, user should follow these steps:
- User has to select the orders:
- Add a departure country:
- Press on the “Update orders” button.
After this process is completed, orders without departure countries will be added to reports. In case the difference between the new report and the report submitted to the tax office is major, then the amendment of the report might be needed.
